Many of my pieces are Ready-to-Ship, yet some pieces, particularly rings, are made bespoke to order. Please read individual listings, or get in touch for clarification.

I aim to post Ready-to-Ship jewels in 1-3 weeks, but item descriptions will be more accurate.

Postage

If you want to track your package then I recommend paying a little more for UK Special Delivery, as this service is trackable and will insure your jewellery in transit. This is the safest and quickest method of delivery.

If you wish to purchase standard 1st Class postage then your parcel will just be put through your letter box, yet as this is an untracked and uninsured method, I cannot replace jewellery that goes missing.

If you miss a parcel of mine it is your responsibility to organise redelivery with the courier. I am not responsible for this and I cannot remake and resend pieces in these instances.

If your parcel doesn’t arrive and delivery isn’t attempted 3 weeks after you received dispatch confirmation then please contact me. I can only claim and replace missing parcels 3 months after it was sent. After this period I cannot make a claim to the postal services, and I will therefore be unable to replace your item. Please let me know within the time frame of three months.

EUROPE

Sadly, as the UK has now left the EU, European customers will now face import charges when they purchase from the UK. This fee will be dependent upon your home country, so please bear this in mind if you place an order. You will be able to see roughly how much import tax you will be charged here.

Packaging

All of my jewellery is gift wrapped and ready to give to yourself, or a loved one. The packaging is all recycled, and some of it is designed for you to keep. The cotton pouches can be used to store your jewels inside, and you will receive a polishing cloth, and a care card with instructions to best look after your piece.

Returns 

I cannot accept any returns for earrings due to hygiene laws, and I cannot exchange or refund anything which is made bespoke to order, so please make sure to read my product descriptions fully, and feel free to ask any questions before making a purchase. 

Rings are made bespoke to order so that I can be completely size inclusive. Please be very sure of your ring size before I begin crafting to your requirements. I sell finger measuring tools in the shop, which will provide a UK ring size for me to work from.

Other items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, however you will be responsible for delivery costs to return items to me, and for me to send a new piece to you.

If you send a piece back for a refund, exchange or a repair, please include a note with your full name, return address, order number and email. I can only process pieces if I know who it belongs to! :)
