Antique Atlas - Carnelian & Citrine

A one-of-a-kind Charm Necklace!

This converted 9ct rolled gold watch chain features a hand-carved Atlas amulet that’s topped with an antique agate bead. Atlas has been sculpted from wax and then cast into raw golden brass. I’ve paired him with a large faceted droplet of orange carnelian & a faceted citrine which used to be an antique cufflink.

Details:

• Necklace Length: 21 inches in total. The necklace chain itself is 18 inches in length, and then with the dangling chain and the large pendant bring this to 21 inches.

  I can make this piece a little longer or shorter, please make your length request in the gift note section at the checkout. If you want it to be longer it will be £10 per additional inch.

• Featuring a cast brass Atlas amulet measuring 4.5cm in length & an antique banded agate atop his head. An antique faceted citrine & a carnelian agate adorn the chain The gemstones are all reclaimed & recycled.

• This 9ct rolled gold curb chain necklace features a dog-clip, a T-bar & a dangling chain at the front.

• The large bolt clasp at the rear is made from raw brass - this is the clasp you should use to take the piece on & off.

• The wires wrapping the stones & jump rings are all made from 14ct filled gold. Rolled & filled gold is a durable alternative to gold plating whereby a layer of gold is pressure bonded onto a base metal.
